The debut London solo shows of Sebastian Buerkner (20 – 30 April), Laure Prouvost (4 – 14 May) and Duncan Campbell (18 – 28 May).
With a nod to Samuel Beckett, The Unnamable is loosely themed around the notion of gaps in language and experience: the primaeval stratum to everyday existence, the background hum of subjective states which never quite break through into the world of speech, commerce and common sense. This incohate stream of velleities and half-fleshed fantasies can be unspeakably trivial, or unutterably disturbing. For more information about The Unnamable, contact mike@lux.org.uk.
